Guiding people has always been my baseline. I started out as a high school tutor, naturally breaking down complex concepts and mapping out clear paths when others felt stuck. That instinct evolved naturally into career coaching and advisory work. But I quickly hit a hard ceiling: traditional coaching could only fix surface-level mindset issues. It couldn't fix broken backend operations, messy funnels, or structural chaos.
I watched brilliant, high-achieving founders spin out because they were trying to hold an entire company together manually. They didn't need a cheerleader; they needed an architect.
